RETURNS POLICY

The Natural French Soap Company is responsible for getting your order to you safely. If any items arrive damaged, please notify us within five days of arrival for replacements or credit. Please email us with photos of any damages to the products and/or packaging.

After this time, The Natural French Soap Company cannot be held responsible for the items. To preserve the colour and quality of the soaps, keep out of the heat and direct sun.

In the case of justified claims, we must replace the product(s). The buyer then renounces their right to any other indemnity or pursuit. In the case of a claim or dispute, please contact us by email.

If any of the above changes, you will be notified.

According to Law, you have seven days from receipt of your order to return your products. Goods must be in their original packaging, without being used or degraded. The buyer is responsible for any carriage charges incurred.

Colombian Supremo ‘La Ceiba’ Coffee

The coffee plants grow in the shade of the Ceiba tree, where they’re carefully nurtured under the purest conditions. This results in perfectly balanced beans and a brew that’ll make you do the fandango.

Origin and Plantation

Our “Colombia Supremo” is cultivated and harvested in the growing region of “Huila” where it can freely grow in isolated, shady plantations far away from any foreign influence. The careful nurturing of the coffee cherries and the use of fresh, pure mountain water guarantee absolute gourmet quality. “Ceiba” is the name of a tree that grows in the “Huila” region, a member of the sub-family of the woollen tree plants (Bombacoideae). These trees with large, palm-shaped leaves provide the necessary shade for the coffee plants.

Character and Taste

Our “Colombia Supremo” has a very impressive and fruity aroma. The combination of fine acidity and body, which is typical for Colombia, makes it an ideally balanced, gentle coffee. Our genuine “Colombia Supremo” inspires every coffee lover.

Particularities

For many years, Colombian coffees were marketed by the Federación Nacional de Café FNC as the quality standard in large consumer countries such as the USA. Coffee for the masses without any real quality control was delivered to supermarkets for a bargain. Our coffee, however, comes from small plantations, which are family-run and located in the southern regions of Colombia, such as Huila. When carefully producing these highly desired Arabica varieties the focus lies on quality.
