Returns Policy

The Natural French Soap Company is responsible for delivering your order safely. If any items arrive damaged, please notify us within five days of arrival for replacements or credit. Please email us photos of the damages and the parcel.

 

After this time, The Natural French Soap Company cannot be held responsible for the items. To preserve the colour and quality of the soaps, keep out of the heat and direct sun.

 

In the case of justified claims, we must replace the product(s). The buyer then renounces any right to any other indemnity or pursuit. If you have a claim or dispute, please email us.

First time to use Natural French soap and it is a delight to do business with them. Lovely frequent update emails throughout the whole process. All soaps arrived in a fantastic condition. As for this particular soap, It smells delicious. Very tempting to have a bite! it is that good. We opened the delivery in the office and the whole place smelled fantastic.
